Square Fundraiser
Fundraising Tips:
Fundraising Coordinators and Volunteers: To be successful in your fundraising, if you are going to order 50 quantity of the Town Square catalogs, 50 order forms and 50 envelopes then distribute these to 50 students or sports members or church members, etc. - please encourage each person who receives the packet to submit an order. This is to assure that you receive a total of 50 orders which results in profit from the effort.
This fundraiser is perfect for the following non-profit organizations or groups:

STEPS:
1) Determine the number of people receiving the catalogs, order forms and envelopes. Let’s say you have 50 members in your non-profit organization.
2) Order 50 Town Square Catalogs, two 25-packs of the order form, and two 25-packs of the order envelopes from the We-Exist-Wholesale.com site by going to the FUNDRAISING product directory.
3) Write your introduction letter to the member with instructions on how to submit the order, order deadlines and instructions to make the check payment payable to your organization.
4) In one order envelope, insert 1 introduction letter with instructions, 1 Town Square catalog, 1 order form. This is called the packet. Do these until you have 50 packets.
5) Distribute 1 packet to each of the 50 members.
6) Once you receive all the orders with payments from each member, use a spreadsheet to consolidate all 50 orders into one big order. If an item ordered by a member is out stock and has been discontinued, encourage the member to order another product of equal value or refund the money to the member. Deposit the check payment from all the orders to your organization’s bank.

7) Submit the consolidated order to We-Exist-Wholesale.com.
8) Once you receive the products, check the We-Exist-Wholesale.com delivery to assure that all the items ordered are present and that there is no damage during shipping. Distribute the products to each of the 50 members according to their individual orders. Encourage each member to check the items ordered immediately for any damage and report any damaged item to sales@we-exist-wholesale.com within 30 days of the order date for a replacement.
9) FUNDS RAISED TOWARDS ORGANIZATION = Check Payments of the 50 members – (We-Exist-Wholesale.com packet costs + We-Exist-Wholesale.com product order costs)
EXAMPLE:
-- Cost of 50 Town Square catalogs, 50 forms, and 50 envelopes shipped to San Diego is $64.57. The packet will cost $1.30 per non-profit member.
-- Each order average about $25.00, so $25.00 x 50 orders = $1250.00. (This is the money you deposit to the bank).
-- The wholesale price for $25.00 averages at $8.35. $8.35 x 50 orders = $417.50 + $67.63 shipping and handling fee to San Diego. The total for the wholesale order is $485.13.
-- Your profit is $700.30 which is a 56% profit towards your fundraising project.
$1250.00 - $64.57 - $485.13 = $700.30

closer you are to California, the lower the shipping costs.
Other tips!
The key is in your short letter to each member. Tell the members your goals. Tell them the non-profit organization is striving to average $25.00 OR MORE per order in order to meet the fundraising goal. You can have a deadline to submit the order. If you want to make full use of the catalogs, this fundraiser can go all year round and just have deadlines for submissions every month. Just create a small postcard in which you can remind the members each month to submit their Town Square orders. Again, stress how this is important for your fundraising project. You can place the extra Town Square packets in the front office for staff, parents and members to pick up so they can order anytime. The catalogs can be re-used again and again for the entire year. If you plan to do this, just include a page listing the products that have been discontinued and are out of stock with the packet so the members do not order those products. This is a good fundraising project for the Fundraising Coordinator at your non-profit organization.
